Shipping Information

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Continental U.S.: 5–7 business days
  • International: 10–14 business days

Note: Due to USPS delays or occasional pandemic-related disruptions, some shipments may arrive later than expected. Tracking updates may also be delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Carriers:

  • Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, with USPS handling final delivery for U.S. addresses.
  • Most orders ship the next business day.
  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship on Monday, excluding U.S. postal holidays.
  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues

  • If delivery is refused or the address is incorrect, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs after the package returns to our fulfillment center.
  • If an order is marked delivered but later lost or stolen, it is the buyer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Please provide a secure delivery location.

Returns – Physical Products

We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee for all physical products. To receive a full refund, you must return all bottles from your order—including empty, partially full, or bonus bottles.

Return Instructions:

  1. Include a note with:
    • ClickBank Order ID
    • Full Name & Address (where shipment was received)
    • Email Address & Phone Number
    • Original packing slip (if available)
  2. Ship to:

  3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Returns:

  • Products must arrive within 180 days of purchase.
  • Once received and verified, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

International Orders:

  • Return shipping fees ($30 per product) are non-refundable.
  • Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
